Introducing Reclaimed Elm

Our innovative Urban Wood Project has expanded to include  reclaimed elm from the Midwest on our customer favorite Hensley collection. This durable hardwood is rare to find in furniture today due to the effects of Dutch elm disease, which causes the loss of these stately shade trees. Brian Linehan, Merchandising & Design Manager, talks about how we work with trusted partners who carefully recover elm to keep it out of the waste stream, allowing us to offer an iconic North American wood in a sustainable way.
